Are you looking to report a bug? If so, please check the Activity page to see the list of Known Issues. If yours is not on there, please report your issue by logging into the app and navigating to More -> Settings -> Report a Bug.

When trying to sign up it says my email is already in use.

When trying to log into the app it doesn't accept my username.

This message means you're already signed up! Unless you remember what your password might be, the quickest way forward is to just reset your password. (Be sure to check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive right away.)

If you're using your email address as your username, use the handle that you created when signing up instead. If you forgot your handle, then select "I forgot my username" on this form instead.

Did you know you can also use your email address in place of your username? Maybe try that first? (If that doesn't help, please reach out below.)

Just reset it here by entering your email address and clicking "Get New Password". (Be sure to check your spam folder if it doesn't show up right away.)
